Payment

We accept Credit and Debit Card payments for both United Kingdom and international orders. Inter-bank or online funds transfer is available for UK orders only. All orders are processed in GBP. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, your bank statement will show the converted amount in your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate.

Delivery Time

UK orders are delivered within 5–12 working days. International orders typically arrive within 6–12 working days. All orders are dispatched within 4 working days of receipt unless the product is marked as Pre-order. Pre-order items are usually under production and require an additional 5–8 working days for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds or exchanges under certain conditions. UK orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Delivery charges may be deducted from refunds depending on the reason. Refunds are processed within up to 10 days. For exchanges, any price difference must be paid in advance or at delivery.
